We had little glitches in our self-done setup so some things just wouldn't work but Ryan knew where to look and quickly fixed the issues and kept us rolling....2 days came and went so fast. I would highly recommend booking the 3-day onsite.

ServiceTitan does a good job in helping you get the basics set up but without a Titan Wizard....good luck down the never-ending rabbit hole that ST can be. The good news is that Titan Wizards offer recurring monthly services to be there when you need them.
