Services Overview: Titan Wizards, LLC specializes in consulting services designed to help home service companies optimize their use of the CRM ServiceTitan.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the services provided.
Refund Policy: We strive to provide high-quality consulting services to our clients. Due to the nature of our business, refunds are generally not provided. However, if you believe there has been an error in billing or you are dissatisfied with the services rendered, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction to discuss a resolution. Refunds will be issued at our discretion.
Delivery Policy: As a consulting service provider, we do not deliver physical goods. Services are provided digitally through online meetings, email correspondence, and other agreed-upon communication channels. Service delivery timelines are established in our engagement agreement with you and are subject to your timely cooperation and provision of necessary information.
Return Policy: Since our services are intangible and tailored specifically to each client's needs, returns are not applicable. If you have concerns about the quality of our services, please reach out to us to discuss how we can address your needs.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription to our services at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance of your next billing cycle. Cancellation requests should be sent to info@titanwizards.com. If you cancel mid-month, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the laws of Texas.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
