About the Role: As a Titan Wizard, you'll be at the forefront of transforming the way our clients operate, guiding them through every twist and turn of the ServiceTitan platform. You’ll manage a book of clients, acting as their go-to expert for everything from troubleshooting to coaching, from crafting flawless pricebooks to integrating powerful tools. Your mission? To ensure our clients not only succeed but thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-tier support and coaching to our clients, ensuring they maximize their use of ServiceTitan.
• Build, customize, and optimize pricebooks tailored to each client's needs.
• Set up and manage integrations that enhance our clients' operations.
• Maintain close relationships with your clients, anticipating their needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing ServiceTitan developments, ensuring our clients are always in the know.

Qualifications:
• A deep, working knowledge of ServiceTitan with at least 2 years of daily hands-on experience.
• Background in project management or project engineering.
• Experience working in the trades is a significant advantage—knowing the industry from the inside out helps us relate to and better serve our clients.
• A wizard’s blend of problem-solving skills, technical know-how, and a customer-first mindset.
